GAINC Macro Project Duration : 1 year Synopsis: Used
the programming language SAS and the TSO mainframe system to fix macro
variables to meet financial reporting standards and ensure guaranteed
accuracy. The methodology I used to fix the GAINC Macro was combining partial
variables such as managing partner income and managing director income in
order to create total
income.

FR Remediation project Project Duration : 6 months Synopsis : Our
database ran out of potential 5 digit numeric combinations, which were
used to track our sales force. I reformatted the 5 digit SAS variables to
accommodate more possible combinations by changing the numeric variables to
character. All variables within all programs had their format changed from
numeric into character. I was responsible for modifying those variables and
testing to see if they worked successfully.

GA Appointment Macro Project Duration : 1 year Synopsis: Used
the programming language visual basic for applications to fix a large broken
Microsoft Excel Macro. I went behind the scenes within the program to
update the VBA code so the macro would run fluently. This specific report
included financial data regarding when each general agent was appointed and
the revenue earned since being
appointed.

Created a sophisticated query within Business Objects that tracked associate
financial representatives in each network office. Once the data was
successfully queried from Business Objects the data was then transferred into
Microsoft Excel where it was displayed using various pivot tables, charts,
and graphs. Then I used the CDM Seibel database to check the corresponding
information for detail and
accuracy.
Project Name
:
Senior agents and terminated agents within each network office Project Duration : 3 months Synopsis :
Created a mainframe report within the TSO mainframe system using the SAS
programming language, which would find senior agents and terminated agents
within each network office. I then converted the output into a text file,
which was then imported into Microsoft Access. The data was then formatted
into different reports. The data featured information on senior agents within
the company as well as agents that had terminated within the last
year.
